JD is 80 proof and is about 23.99 for a 750ML. I will have to do a TASTE-off between the two and let you know my findings!

Evan Williams produces a wide array of different premium whiskey and bourbon selection all varying in terms of their taste, flavor, and brewing process which makes them such a unique company. The standard issue Evan Williams Bourbon comes with a black label and the “upgraded” bottled-in-bond version comes with a white label. Which is slightly interesting to me because it’s the opposite with Jim Beam whose entry level is the white label and “upgraded” version is the the black label.

Evan Williams Bottled in Bond (BIB), also known as Evan Williams White, is part of Heaven Hill’s entry to mid-level range of bourbons. From cheapest to most expensive, Evan Williams comes in green, black, 1783 small batch, white (the one in this review), single barrel, and age-stated limited editions only sold at the distillery.
